 Kahnawake Poker Rooms
The Kahnawake Gaming Commission was formed in 1996 pursuant to the provisions of the Kahnawake Gaming Law. The purpose of the commission is to regulate and control gaming related activities within the Mohawk Territory of Kahnawake in accordance with principles of honesty and integrity. There are three members appointed to the council.
Poker rooms that choose to become applicants are required to provide extensive information to the commission. This information can also be requested at any given time. This ensures that player concerns, in regards to gaming irregularities, are easily addressed.
